- Agentic coding tools are your everyday toolkit: you use them to develop solutions, speed up reviews, and build deployment pipelines
- You're involved from the very first idea, not just once the spec is finished — growing deeper into the strategic and business side along the way
- You stay accountable until the end: you don't hand things off, you see the solution through until it's running and delivering impact
- You represent your technical decisions directly at executive level and lead these conversations yourself, without going through an intermediary layer
