Recruiter (all genders)

Hamburg, Düsseldorf
Full-time
Permanent employee
45,000 - 60,000 € per year

What you can expect from us

Join our collaborative and fast-growing international consulting environment where people are at the heart of everything we do. As part of our HR team in Hamburg or Düsseldorf, you will take ownership of our recruiting processes and actively contribute to the growth of our teams.

You will accompany candidates from their first contact through to their successful start with us, identify suitable candidates through various recruiting channels, and work closely with our business units and managers. You will recruit for a variety of positions and experience levels and take responsibility for your own vacancies.

We are looking for someone who combines a hands-on mentality with a structured approach, enjoys working with people and is passionate about Active Sourcing, and keeps an overview even when managing several vacancies in parallel. If you are keen to actively shape recruiting and enjoy familiarizing yourself with different business areas and requirements, we look forward to getting to know you.

Your responsibilities

  • You will independently manage our recruiting processes – from aligning the requirements profile and approaching candidates through to candidate selection and the preparation of employment contracts.
  • You will identify suitable candidates through Active Sourcing and approach them in a targeted and individual way.
  • You will review applications and make a qualified pre-selection.
  • You will speak with candidates you have approached directly and present our opportunities and company in a compelling way.
  • You will actively expand our talent pool and maintain relevant candidate relationships beyond specific vacancies.
  • You will work closely with our business units and managers and align requirements profiles and sourcing strategies for the respective positions.
  • You will create and publish job advertisements and continuously develop our recruiting channels.
  • You will coordinate interviews and further steps in the selection process and ensure a professional candidate experience.
  • You will accompany candidates through to their successful start with us and ensure a smooth transition from recruiting to onboarding.
  • You will maintain our applicant tracking system and ensure structured and reliable documentation of our recruiting processes.
  • You will contribute your own ideas and support the continuous development of our recruiting processes and methods.

Who you are

You are a proactive recruiter with strong communication skills who enjoys working with people, has a good sense for different personalities and profiles, and keeps an overview even in demanding recruiting processes. You work in a structured manner, have a professional presence, and enjoy bringing the right people together with the right opportunities.

This is what you bring:

  • A completed vocational training with a focus on HR or a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
  • Approximately 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in Recruiting or Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience in independently managing recruiting processes as well as in Active Sourcing.
  • Enjoyment of working directly with managers and business units, as well as a good understanding of how to critically challenge requirements and refine them together.
  • Experience working with common recruiting tools and digital platforms.
  • Excellent German and fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
  • A structured, independent, and reliable way of working, combined with a professional manner.
  • Initiative and a willingness to take responsibility for your own vacancies and recruiting processes.
  • A pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset, as well as an interest in actively developing recruiting processes.
